As licensed specialists in medical post-surgical lymphatic therapy, we help reduce swelling, support healing after cosmetic procedures, and promote the body’s natural detoxification process.

For holistic wellness, we also provide energy healing and chakra balancing sessions that support relaxation, stress relief, and energetic alignment.

Spa Policies

• Appointment Booking
A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments.

• Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 23 hours or less will be considered a late cancellation or no-show and will incur a $50 fee per person.

• Groupon Voucher Policy
For Groupon voucher holders, in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, your voucher will be redeemed and considered used. No exceptions.

• Late Arrival Policy
We appreciate your punctuality. If you arrive late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the full scheduled treatment time in order to accommodate other scheduled clients. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment and may still be responsible for the full service fee.

• Gift Cards
All gift cards do not expire and may be used toward spa services or retail products.

• Payment Methods
We accept cash and all major credit cards as forms of payment. Personal checks, Venmo, and Zelle are not accepted.

• Client Intake Forms
In accordance with New Jersey State regulations, all new clients are required to complete an intake form prior to their first appointment.

• Massage Therapy Policy
Proper draping is mandatory during all massage sessions. Any inappropriate behavior toward spa staff will result in immediate termination of the service and full payment will be required.

• Service Packages & Memberships
Prepaid service packages and monthly spa memberships are designed to support consistent self-care. These services are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be used within the terms of the package or membership agreement.

• Retail Product Refund Policy
Due to hygiene and safety standards, all retail product sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on skincare or retail products once they have been purchased. Our team will gladly assist you in selecting the best products before purchase.
